Mehar: Well, Twinkle, I do recognize the benefits of campus placements. It can provide good opportunities for fresh graduates like me to kickstart their careers and grow in a company. However, It’s true that nowadays everyone's career trajectory does not always align with a campus placement, and that's something we should embrace.
Twinkle: Absolutely, Mehar. As individuals are exploring other avenues, like freelancing, or starting their own ventures what do you think about the importance of Campus Placements in the future?
Mehar: That’s a great question, Twinkle. I believe We should not overlook the importance of having a chance to work at a great company and seek the benefits of learning in organizational culture.
