Twinkle: Yes, That’s what I want to know. What difference do you think would be?
Gaurav: There are many things I miss out on. It’s orientation, personal interaction with superiors
Twinkle: Do you feel employees trained in Office and Employees trained at Home are at the same place?
Gaurav: I am happy where I am but I feel that there are many other things like On the Job Employees learn like much confidence, Office Ethics, etc.
Twinkle: So, Do you think as a GenZer this will continue?
Gaurav: I think we do realize this gap but this won’t change as it can provide us many good opportunities at the same time.
Twinkle: What were the perks you noticed as a work from home On the Job trainee?
Gaurav: Less Commute Stress, Freedom to Relocate, Work-Life Balance, Less Absenteeism,
Twinkle: I see work from home still has the potential to stay way ahead of just 2023. While researching we have come across some training jobs for the trainers out there:
