It was during this transition that he started to think about entrepreneurial life.

Ideas were pitched among his friends and consideration took time.

Meanwhile, he got married and had kids.

The idea of an ed-tech was established when he observed his daughter's schooling and realized how costly education had become.

Thus began the foundation of DUX.

He along with his 2 friends started out on the startup journey with a defined goal now!

The ed-tech began by building a knowledge base first.

Udit's team went on to gather data by personally asking parents about their needs, the problems they faced, etc.

The seed funding was obtained with the help of family and close friends and by 2020, the operations had begun.

Their goals were simple,

To provide affordable education, live instructors, and interactive learning.

This they ensured by starting out with live classes in batches of 10 students only.

They also designed and formulated the syllabus to be in sync with ICSE/CBSE and included subjects like Vedic Mathematics for mathematical skill development in students.

Soon, they build up a subscription-driven platform, and within the duration of 6 months, had 20,000 subscribers.

Currently, DUX has strengthened and evolved into a well-established brand and caters to 55 Indian cities and 13 countries worldwide!

And it is still going strong!'
