The Board of Directors of Oracle held a meeting yesterday. After further discussions, they have approved an interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. They even came to the understanding of issuing Rs. 225 per equity share for the face value of Rs.5 each.
The board also fixed some important dates during the meeting. 9th May 2023 was set as the record date for the said interim dividend. Further, deciding to pay the interim dividend on or before 25th May 2023.

Earlier, Oracle Financial Services Software posted its consolidated financial results for the period ended March 31, 2023. As per the reports, the company reported a total income of Rs. 1531.791 crores during the period ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs. 1490.096 crores of the previous quarter.
Further, the report stated that during the quarter Oracle Financials posted a net profit of Rs. 479.302 crores in the quarter that ended on March 31 2023, compared to the net profit of Rs. 437.330 crores for the period ended December 31, 2022.
The company even reported an EPS of Rs. 55.24 for this quarter compared to Rs. 50.44 for the earlier quarter.
Currently, the shares of Oracle financial services are trading at 3,500, around 0.94% higher from the earlier close of 3,467.25, as per Yahoo Finance.
