Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) launched the Hyundai Creta EV at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, with an introductory price of Rs 17.99 lakh. The Creta EV comes in 8 monotone colors, including 3 matte options, and 2 dual-tone colors.

The Creta EV offers two battery options: a long-range 51.4 kWh battery that gives 473 km on a single charge and a 42 kWh battery offering 390 km per charge. The 51.4 kWh battery provides 171 PS power, while the 42 kWh battery gives 135 PS.

The vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 7.9 seconds and is equipped with Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS, offering 19 advanced safety features such as Lane Keeping Assist, Forward Collision Warning, and Blind Spot Collision Warning.

Unsoo Kim, Managing Director of HMIL, emphasized that the Creta EV is part of their push toward India's 'Make in India' vision and their expertise in electric mobility. The Creta EV also features a 22-liter trunk and a 433-liter boot for added storage. Additionally, it offers a digital key for easy access using smartphones or smartwatches.
