Applications Open for 2,217 Teaching Jobs in Public Schools

The application process for the big announcement called 8K/2024 is now open. This is about filling 2,217 permanent teaching jobs in public schools. These jobs come with permanent contracts, and some are under Private Law too. So, if you’re looking for a stable teaching position in the public sector, this is your chance.

You need to apply online through the ASEP website — that’s www.asep.gr. Just follow the instructions carefully in the official announcement. Don’t forget, the deadline is February 3, 2025, at 2 PM sharp. No late applications will be accepted.

Make Sure You Pay the Fee and Finalize Your Application

Here’s something important: your application won’t count unless you pay the fee and hit “Finalization” on the site. After you do this, you’ll see a twenty-digit fee code that should show “PAID.” Only after that, your application is officially submitted and reserved. So don’t skip this step!

If you’re confused about how to pay or finalize, ASEP’s GSPSDD website has detailed instructions to help you out.

Submitting Documents to Support Your Application

Some candidates will have to upload documents proving their qualifications or whatever else they said in their application. Make sure you send these documents before the provisional results come out. And remember, all of this is done online, so keep an eye on deadlines.

Avoid Last-Minute Stress

Honestly, it’s better to apply early. Waiting until the last minute can cause trouble — slow internet or technical glitches might stop you from finishing on time. ASEP won’t take responsibility if your application gets delayed because of this. So, don’t leave it to the last day!

Need Help? Here’s Who to Contact

If you run into technical problems while applying or uploading documents, ASEP’s Data Management & Application Development Directorate is the place to reach out to. For general questions about the application process, their Citizen Service Department can help.

Before you call or email, check out the Frequently Asked Questions and User Manuals on the ASEP website — those often answer a lot of common questions.
