Authorities are searching for a slender Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an afro hairstyle, and wearing all-black clothing at the time of the incident. He was last seen fleeing south from the University and College Streets area. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

Gunfire erupted at the Bone Student Center around 7:55 PM, causing immediate panic and chaos. Attendees scrambled to evacuate the building. While classes are scheduled to resume on Monday, the Bone Student Center remains closed. Although an initial emergency alert urged individuals to avoid the area, a shelter-in-place order was not implemented for the entire campus. The condition of the injured person is currently unknown.
