Alright, if you’ve been waiting on the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 results, you're not alone. A lot of students are refreshing the official website — jeemain.nta.nic.in — right now, because the National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to drop the results today. But as of now, the link seems to be acting up and showing an error. Don’t stress though, that usually happens right before results go live. Just keep checking.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Check Your Result

Once the results are officially out, this is what you’ll need:

  • Your application number

  • And your date of birth

Pretty straightforward. Just enter those on the site and you should be able to download your scorecard. Make sure to save a copy — you’ll need it later for counselling and all that.

Some Questions Were Dropped This Time — What That Means

Okay, this part's kind of interesting. The NTA actually removed 12 questions from the final answer key this year. So, if you answered any of those dropped questions, don’t worry — you’ll still get full marks for them. That’s a bit of relief for a lot of students.

Also, just a heads-up: the final answer key can’t be challenged now. So if you had objections that didn’t get accepted, that’s it — no refund for the objection fees either.

What Happens Next After Results?

If you clear the cut-off, you’ll be eligible for JoSAA counselling. That’s the process where you can get into NITs, IIITs, and other top government colleges (GFTIs). And if you’re in the top 2.5 lakh candidates, congrats — you’ll also be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025.

Basically, your JEE journey doesn't end with this result — for many, it’s just the start of the next phase.

Reminder: April Session Registration Is Open

And just so you don’t miss it — if you’re planning to take the April session of JEE Main 2025, the registration is already live. The last day to apply is February 25 at 9 PM, and make sure to pay the fee by 11:50 PM on the same day.

It’s a good idea to do it early though — these portals tend to crash last minute.

Final Thought

Honestly, this is a stressful but exciting time for a lot of students. Whether you’re happy with your score or thinking about a second attempt, take a moment to breathe. There’s still time and opportunity ahead. Just stay updated, check the official website regularly, and don’t forget — this is just one step in a longer journey.

We’ll keep posting updates here as soon as results are live, so keep checking back
