JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Form Correction –Check Steps & Fee

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the JEE Main 2025 application form correction process for Session 2 from February 27, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam can edit their application form by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The correction window will remain open until February 28, 2025 (11:50 PM).

Once the correction process is complete, NTA will release the city allotment slip and admit cards for students whose applications are successfully accepted. The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam will take place from April 1 to 8, 2025, across 284 exam centers in India.

What Can Be Edited in the JEE Main Form?

Candidates can modify the following details in their application form:
✅ Name Correction: Can change either the candidate’s, father’s, or mother’s name (only one).
✅ Category & Sub-Category: Change in category (SC/ST to General/OBC) and PwD details.
✅ Exam City & Medium: Update city preferences and exam language.
✅ Educational Qualification: Edit class 10th & 12th passing year and details.
✅ Course Selection: Add more papers (B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Planning).
✅ PAN Card & Date of Birth: Modify these details if needed.
✅ Gender & Signature: Candidates can correct these details.

JEE Main Form Correction Fee

Some changes may require additional fees:
💰 Category Change: If changing from SC/ST/PwD/Girls to General/OBC-NCL, an extra fee applies.
💰 Adding More Papers: Extra charges for adding multiple papers.
💰 Exam City Change: Shifting to a foreign city requires an additional fee.

How to Make Corrections?

1️⃣ Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in
2️⃣ Log in using your registration number and password.
3️⃣ Click on "Correction in Application Form 2025".
4️⃣ Read the guidelines and make the necessary changes.
5️⃣ Click Submit and pay the required fee (if applicable).
6️⃣ Download & print the corrected form for future reference.
