This essential document is now available on the NTA's official website, nta.ac.in, providing candidates the opportunity to review their responses and challenge any discrepancies they find until May 31, 2024.

Accessing the NEET UG 2024 Answer Key

Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2024 exam can access the provisional answer key by logging into the NTA's dedicated NEET portal at exams.nta.ac.in. In addition to the answer key, scanned images of the candidates' Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets and their recorded responses have also been made available. To view these documents, candidates need to enter their application number and date of birth.

Raising Objections to the Provisional Answer Key

The NTA is accepting objections to the NEET UG answer key until May 31, 2024, with a fee of ₹200 per question. Candidates who believe there are errors in the provisional answer key or in their OMR grading are encouraged to submit their challenges. Each objection will be reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts. If any objections are deemed valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly. The final NEET UG results will be based on this revised answer key.

The official notice from NTA states: "Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly.”

Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 31 May 2024 (upto 11:50 P.M.)."
