The State Bank of India (SBI) will close the extended registration window for the Probationary Officer (PO) Recruitment 2024 on January 19, 2025. Candidates who wish to apply for one of the 600 PO positions can visit the official SBI website at sbi.co.in for further details.
Previously, the last date to apply was January 16, 2025, but it has now been extended to today, January 19. Candidates who successfully register will be able to download their call letter for the preliminary examination from the third or fourth week of February 2025. The Phase 1 exam will be conducted from March 8 to March 15, 2025.
To be eligible, applicants must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Final-year students can apply provisionally, but they must provide proof of graduation by April 30, 2025, if called for the interview.
The age limit for applicants is between 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2024. This means candidates should be born between April 2, 1994, and April 1, 2003.
Steps to Apply:
- Visit the official SBI website at sbi.co.in.
- Click on the ‘Careers’ section.
- Select ‘Current Openings’.
- Find and click on the SBI PO 2024 registration link.
- Register, log in, fill out the form, and submit the required fees.
- After submitting the application, download and save the confirmation.
Application Fees:
- ₹750 for Unreserved / EWS / OBC candidates.
- Free for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
