Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa got engaged during the Bachelor finale on March 24, but they’re in no rush to tie the knot. The couple is enjoying their time together and focusing on building a strong relationship before planning a wedding.
“We’re taking it one day at a time,” Grant shared in an exclusive interview. “We’re learning more about each other and falling in love every day.”
Grant, 31, proposed to Juliana, 28, after introducing her and runner-up Litia Garr to his family. Although he had feelings for both women, he felt a deeper connection with Juliana.
While they both see marriage in their future, Juliana believes there’s no hurry. “We just want to live life together for a while,” she explained, adding that a wedding is a big event that requires time to plan. She hopes to have the celebration in Italy.
For now, Grant is preparing to move to Boston to be with Juliana. Although he owns a home in Houston, he’s excited to spend more time on the East Coast. “I love the dynamic of her town and family,” he said. “We’ll find an apartment and figure out what works best for us.”
The couple is eager to experience normal life outside of the reality TV spotlight. Juliana looks forward to simple moments, like dining at her favorite restaurant. Grant, on the other hand, can’t wait for “dinners, dancing in the kitchen, and spending time with family.”
One of their final relationship tests? Introducing their pets. Juliana’s dog, Charlie, isn’t too fond of new animals, so they’re curious to see how he reacts to Grant’s new puppy. “Charlie’s opinion matters the most,” Juliana joked.
