The Final Destination horror series is set to release its sixth film, Final Destination: Bloodlines, on May 16, 2025. A teaser trailer was released on February 3, 2025, showcasing the franchise's signature elaborate death scenes. The trailer opens with a tattoo artist working on a "Dad" tribute, only to meet a gruesome fate — being hung by his nose ring on a ceiling fan before being burned.

The Final Destination franchise is known for its over-the-top fatal scenarios that feel like chain-reaction Rube Goldberg machines. This marks the return of the series after its fifth installment in 2011. The first film, released in 2000, starred Devon Sawa, Ali Larter, Seann William Scott, and Tony Todd.

Bloodlines takes audiences back to the beginning of Death's twisted justice. The plot follows Stefanie, a college student plagued by violent recurring nightmares. She heads home to find someone who may help break the cycle and save her family from the grisly fate that awaits them.

The cast includes Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd, who sadly passed away in November 2024 at the age of 69.
