While on a work trip in Moscow, fate steps in, despite his best efforts to pursue a more secure and established existence. Gandhi rejoins the SATS team after running into an old enemy, which reconnects his sense of duty. As Gandhi faces this new danger, the picture develops, combining action with complex emotion.
The "GOAT" by Venkat Prabhu pays homage to Vijay's remarkable achievements. Prabhu, who is renowned for his uncommon narrative and perfect comedic timing, chose a traditional two-hero structure in memory of Vijay.
