Bollywood fans, rejoice! The much-awaited superhero film Krrish 4 is officially in the works. This time, Hrithik Roshan is not only returning as the beloved superhero but will also make his directorial debut.
Hrithik Roshan Takes the Director’s Chair
Hrithik’s father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, directed the previous Krrish movies, but now the actor is stepping behind the camera. Krrish 4 will be co-produced by Rakesh Roshan and Aditya Chopra.
Announcing the big news on Instagram, Rakesh Roshan shared a heartfelt message along with a picture of Hrithik. He wrote, “Duggu, 25 years ago, I launched you as an actor. Today, after 25 years, you are being launched as a director by Aditya Chopra and me for our most ambitious film, Krrish 4. Wishing you all the success in this new journey!”
Hrithik’s girlfriend, actress Saba Azad, reacted with heart emojis, while fans flooded social media with excitement. One fan wrote, “Hrithik as a director for Krrish 4? This is crazy news!” Another tweeted, “Can’t wait to see Hrithik Roshan take charge behind the camera. Krrish 4 will be epic!”

With Krrish 3 releasing in 2013, fans have been eagerly waiting for an update. However, details about the cast and story are still under wraps. It remains unclear whether Hrithik will reprise his iconic role or if a new actor will take over.
