Sai Pallavi, the talented actress known for her versatile performances, is gearing up for one of the most significant roles of her career. She is set to portray the character of Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious adaptation of the Indian epic Ramayana. As part of her preparation, Sai recently took a spiritual step to seek divine blessings before diving into the role. She visited the renowned Annapurna Devi Temple in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, known for its spiritual significance and its association with Goddess Annapurna.

On Monday morning, Sai Pallavi’s fan club shared pictures of her visit to the temple. In the images, Sai looked serene and radiant, dressed in a blue salwar suit with a matching dupatta. She was adorned with marigold garlands, a tilak on her forehead, and offered her prayers with folded hands and closed eyes, radiating a sense of devotion and grace. Her visit to the temple was a symbolic gesture, reflecting her reverence for the role she is about to play and her desire to seek blessings for the spiritual depth she aims to bring to the iconic character of Sita.

The Ramayana film has already garnered widespread attention due to its star-studded cast, and Sai Pallavi’s involvement in the project has made headlines. However, the actress recently found herself at the center of rumors surrounding her diet for the role. Media outlets claimed that she had adopted a vegetarian lifestyle for the duration of the film's shoot, allegedly bringing along a personal chef to ensure her meals were strictly vegetarian, even while traveling abroad.

Sai Pallavi was quick to address these rumors and put them to rest with a strong statement on social media. She expressed her frustration with the baseless claims, clarifying that she had not made any such dietary changes for her role. The actress emphasized that she typically prefers to stay silent in the face of false rumors but felt it was time to speak out due to the frequency of such fabricated stories. She even went so far as to issue a warning, stating that any further misleading reports would be legally challenged.

The Ramayana film, which is being co-produced by Yash and Namit Malhotra, is an ambitious two-part adaptation of the ancient epic. The film’s high-profile cast includes Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Yash as Ravana, which has generated tremendous excitement among fans. With Sai Pallavi’s dedication to her role and the team’s commitment to bringing this epic to life, the film is set to be a monumental project in Indian cinema.
