Delhi Police busts an illegal immigration racket, arrests 11, including 5 Bangladeshi nationals, for forging Aadhaar and voter IDs using fake websites.

Delhi Police has uncovered a big illegal immigration racket and arrested 11 people, including five Bangladeshi nationals. Six others were involved in making fake documents like Aadhaar cards and voter IDs.

The case came to light after a murder in Sangam Vihar, where the victim had been making fake Aadhaar cards for Bangladeshi immigrants. Police found that the group used a fake website called "Janata Prints," run by a man named Rajat Mishra, to create these documents. The fake IDs were made for as little as ₹20.

Bangladeshi immigrants used jungle routes and trains to enter India. Once here, they used the fake documents to live and work.

Recently, Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor asked police to identify illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in the city. So far, over 1,000 have been found.

Police teams are going door-to-door, checking documents, and questioning people. They are also investigating if the fake voter IDs were used in elections, which could lead to voter fraud.

This operation shows how serious Delhi Police is about stopping illegal immigration and document forgery.
