Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi and her brother, actor Saqib Saleem, have rented a luxurious villa in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu area for ₹10 lakh per month. According to property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the villa is located on Juhu Tara Road in the Equest Condominium housing society.
The villa, owned by Impact Films Pvt Ltd, spans 3,370 sq ft and includes an additional 2,654 sq ft basement. It also features a swimming pool, a garden, and four parking spaces. The property’s ground floor measures 1,245 sq ft, the first floor 1,011 sq ft, and the terrace 1,112 sq ft.
The transaction was officially registered on February 25, 2025. The Qureshis paid a stamp duty of ₹1.60 lakh and a registration fee of ₹1,000. The rental agreement is for 60 months (five years), with a 48-month lock-in period. A security deposit of ₹30 lakh has been paid, and the rent will increase by 10% after 36 months.
Huma Qureshi, known for films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Badlapur, and the web series Maharani, continues to make waves in the industry. Saqib Saleem has also made his mark with films such as Dishoom and 83.
Juhu remains a hotspot for Bollywood celebrities, with stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Ajay Devgn, and Shahid Kapoor owning properties in the area. Recently, a Juhu apartment was sold for over ₹1 lakh per sq ft, highlighting the area’s premium real estate value.
