Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (formerly Adani Transmission) reported a strong set of Q4 FY25 numbers, with net profit rising 79.05% year-on-year to Rs 647.15 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter. This is a significant jump from Rs 361.44 crore posted during the same quarter last fiscal.
The company also saw a sharp rise in revenue from operations, which increased 35.43% to Rs 6,374.58 crore, compared to Rs 4,706.85 crore a year ago. Meanwhile, total expenses grew by 24.15%, reflecting higher operational costs amid expansion.
Following the earnings announcement, Adani Energy’s stock surged nearly 4% intraday, touching a high of Rs 972.45 before settling up 2.59% at Rs 963.10. The stock has already gained 19.6% in calendar year 2025.
The robust performance signals strong execution and continued demand across Adani Energy’s transmission and distribution business, driven by strategic investments and infrastructure upgrades.
