Georgia State Senator Colton Moore found himself at the center of a political storm on Thursday after being arrested at the Georgia State Capitol. The incident occurred when Moore attempted to enter the state House chambers during Governor Brian Kemp’s State of the State Address, despite being previously banned.

Moore was subsequently charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, a misdemeanor. He was later released from Fulton County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
