According to government officials, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is planning to make a tour of four states—Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Rajasthan on July 7-8.
Five cities will be included in the Prime Minister's tour namely Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Raipur, Warangal, and Bikaner. He will dedicate, reveal, and lay the foundation stones for about 50 projects, which amounts to approximately ₹50,000 crores during his tour.
On July 7, Prime Minister Modi will make a visit to Raipur by laying the foundation stone for a number of initiatives. This includes the foundation stone laying ceremony for various sections of the Raipur-Visakhapatnam corridor. Additionally, he will be present at a public meeting during his time in Raipur.
From Raipur, PM will visit Gorakhpur where he will be participating in an event at Gita Press, inaugurating three Vande Bharat trains, and laying the foundation stone for the renovation of the Gorakhpur railway station.
Further, on the 8th, PM Modi will go to Warangal in Telangana to lay the foundations of various projects, such as key sections of the Nagpur-Vijayawada Corridor and the Four Laning of Karimnagar – Warangal section of NH-563. Eventually, he will join a public meeting in Warangal.
Finally, the Prime Minister will move to Bikaner, where he will launch several projects, such as the Amritsar-Jamnagar Expressway, the Inter-State Transmission Line for Green Energy CorridorPhase- I, and the redevelopment of Bikaner Railway Station. Afterward, he will address a public meeting in Bikaner.
