Samsung has officially announced the timeline for the One UI 7 beta update, bringing new AI features and improvements to Galaxy smartphones.
One UI 7 Beta Availability
Starting March 6, the One UI 7 beta program will be available for Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 in India, Korea, the U.K., and the U.S. More devices, including the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and Galaxy A55, will receive the update later in March. The official One UI 7 update is expected to roll out in April 2025.
AI-Powered Features in One UI 7
Samsung has integrated several AI features in One UI 7 to enhance user experience:
- Writing Assistance Tools: Users can summarize content, check spelling and grammar, and format notes efficiently.
- Call Transcription: The update brings automatic call transcription in 20 languages, making conversations easier to reference when call recording is enabled.
One UI 7 Rollout Plan
The official One UI 7 release will begin with upcoming Galaxy S series devices in early 2025, introducing enhanced AI capabilities. The update will gradually expand to other Galaxy smartphones as part of Samsung’s long-term OS upgrade policy.
Samsung will also offer a beta program for Galaxy S24 series users in Germany, India, Korea, Poland, the U.K., and the U.S., allowing them to test One UI 7 before the final release.
