OPPO's Got Some New Phones Coming – And the Pics Are Insane!

We’ve got a sneak peek at a new phone (codenamed PKW120, how mysterious!) and some seriously impressive camera samples from the upcoming Find X8 Ultra. Let’s dive in!
Meet the PKW120: A Mid-Range Marvel?
From what we’ve seen, the PKW120 is pretty sleek. Think flat edges all around – a nice, clean look. The cameras are in a rectangular block on the back, with three lenses and a ring light. Pretty standard stuff, really. On the side, you’ve got your volume buttons and a power button that probably doubles as a fingerprint scanner.
TENAA spilled the beans on some specs: It’s a 5G phone with a 2.4GHz octa-core processor – nothing groundbreaking there. It'll come with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The screen's a 6.67-inch TFT LCD (1604 x 720 pixels), which is… fine. The camera setup is a 50MP main lens and a 2MP secondary lens on the back, plus an 8MP selfie camera. And the battery? A whopping 5860 mAh. So, long battery life is definitely a plus. It’s not a flagship killer, but it sounds like a solid mid-range option.
Find X8 Ultra: Camera Tech That's Seriously Next Level
Now, this is where things get exciting. OPPO dropped a camera sample from the Find X8 Ultra, and wow. Seriously. They compared it directly to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the Find X8 Ultra just blew it away. The colors were more accurate, the detail was sharper, and the low-light performance was just… unreal. A lot of that is thanks to OPPO’s partnership with Hasselblad – those guys know cameras.
Rumor has it the Find X8 Ultra will boast a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX900), plus 3x and 6x periscope telephoto lenses (Sony IMX906 & IMX882), and a 50MP ultrawide lens. That’s a seriously powerful camera system.
Oh, and did I mention the battery? It's a massive 6100mAh battery. You'll be hard-pressed to drain this thing in a single day. It's launching on April 10th, alongside the Find X8s.
