The Poco F7 series, including the Poco F7, F7 Pro, and F7 Ultra, will soon be launched in global markets. However, it's important to note that the Pro and Ultra models may not be available in India and could be released only in selected markets. Following the success of last year’s Poco F6 series in the mid-range smartphone segment, the upcoming models are expected to bring significant upgrades.
The Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra may be similar to China's Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro, offering high-end features in a more affordable range. Here's what we can expect from the upcoming Poco F7 models:
Expected Features of Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra:
- Both models are rumored to have a 6.67-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution.
- The F7 Pro is expected to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the F7 Ultra could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with up to 16GB RAM and a massive 1TB of storage.
- In terms of cameras, the Poco F7 Pro is expected to have a 50MP primary camera with another unknown sensor, while the F7 Ultra is likely to have a 50MP triple-camera setup along with a 20MP front camera.
- The F7 Pro might be equipped with a 6,550mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging, while the F7 Ultra is expected to feature a 6,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging and wireless charging support.
Launch Date:
The Poco F7 series is likely to be launched globally in the first half of 2025. Given that the Pro and Ultra variants may not be released in India, we will have to wait for the official global announcement to learn more about the launch plans.
