Samsung is ready to unveil its much-awaited Galaxy S25 series on January 22. The new phones are expected to include three models: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. There's also speculation about a fourth model, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim. These devices will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and feature advanced AI capabilities. Expected Specifications of the Galaxy S25 Series
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to be the most premium model in the series. It will come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a large 6.8 to 6.9-inch AMOLED QHD+ display. The camera setup is expected to include a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x zoom, a 3x telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide camera.
The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus, which are more affordable options, will also feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, along with 12GB of RAM. While the battery sizes haven’t been confirmed, the S25 Plus is expected to have a larger battery due to its bigger size (around 6.7 inches) compared to the regular Galaxy S25, which will likely have a smaller 6.2-inch display.

The design of the Galaxy S25 models is expected to remain similar to previous models, with flat edges and displays. However, the S25 Ultra may see a small design update with rounded corners to make the device more comfortable to hold. New AI Features in the Galaxy S25 Series
One of the most exciting additions to the Galaxy S25 series is the introduction of new AI-powered features. A leaked video hints at a “Good Morning” update on the lock screen, displaying useful details like weather, your energy score, and sleep records. The devices may also introduce a new assistant capable of handling multi-step tasks.
For night owls, there’s good news! The S25 series might come with a Nightography feature that improves video quality in low light, similar to the Google Pixel's night mode. A new voice isolation feature will help filter out background noises, such as wind or chatter, when you're recording audio or making calls.
