Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has introduced Nugget, the company’s first AI-powered product. Nugget is a customer support platform designed to help businesses handle customer queries automatically. This no-code platform can manage up to 80% of customer inquiries on its own, making it easier for businesses to scale their support.
The platform has been developed by Zomato over three years and is already processing over 15 million support interactions per month for its various services, including Blinkit (a grocery delivery service) and Hyperpure (a B2B food supplier). Nugget is part of Zomato Labs, the company's innovation incubator.
