On charges of plotting to overturn the state’s 2020 election, President of the United States Donald Trump got arrested at Georgia Jail this Thursday. 

According to the news, Donald Trump surrendered to the authorities in Georgia which even resulted in the first-ever mugshot of this Former American President. 

With this, Trump spent almost 22 minutes inside the jail and was bailed later  Wall Street Journal Lawyers reached a $200,000 bond agreement barring him from targeting co-defendants and potential witnesses on social media. 

As posted in the Deccan Herald, Under his bond Agreement in Georgia, he cannot communicate with any of his co-defendants except through his lawyers. He is also directed to not make any threat of either direct or indirect nature of any sort against the community.

In the past, Trump was also known to make inflammatory or false attacks on Fani Wallis of Fulton County known to lead this case. 

In September, he will appear in court for the first time in this case. Unlike the previous three cases in which he was arrested and released, the proceedings will be broadcast live.

Initially, he was accused of falsifying business records regarding the payment of hush money to an adult film actor in New York.

Second and third are federal cases charging him with mishandling confidential documents — being tried in Florida — and involvement in the January 6 — being tried in Washington D.C. In an effort to prevent the US Congress from certifying Joe Biden as the 2020 Presidential candidate. This case marks the fourth. 

On Truth Social, Trump, also a Republican, posted the same message, with the words "election interference" and "never surrender."

Following his arrest in the Georgia elections case, Trump posted his police mugshot on X (formerly Twitter).On Friday, Elon Musk called Donald Trump's mugshot post on social media "next level".
