The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. at an establishment near 59th and Glendale avenues. According to police, multiple calls were made reporting a shooting at the location.

Police Say Scene Is Active but Under Control
Public Information Officer Moroni Mendez held a press briefing around 9 p.m. and confirmed that officers and detectives are still investigating. He described the scene as “very active” but assured the public that the area is currently safe.
“We’re still working to identify whether those detained are suspects, witnesses, or victims,” said Mendez.
