Lidl pulls back Alesto snack bars from shelves due to plastic bits found inside. Customers warned not to eat and to return them for a full refund.

Lidl has taken some of its Alesto Raw Fruit & Nut Bars off the shelves after learning they may have small pieces of plastic inside. Eating them could be unsafe, so shoppers are being advised not to consume them.

Lidl is telling customers to bring back these Alesto snack bars:

Alesto Raw Fruit & Nut Bars – Cocoa & Orange (pack of 5, 35g each)

Alesto Raw Fruit & Nut Bars – Blueberry Muffin (pack of 5, 35g each)

Alesto Raw Fruit & Nut Bars – Salted Caramel (pack of 5, 35g each)

Alesto Raw Fruit & Nut Bars – Berry (pack of 5, 35g each)

If you have bought any of these bars:

Do not eat them

Return them to any Lidl store

You will get a full refund even if you don’t have the receipt
