The interviewee stated that they prioritize work-life balance and, are willing to dedicate a maximum of 5 hours a day to the company. The intern expressed his preference for a working environment that avoids workload and imbalance which is a characteristic of MNC. Furthermore, the intern expected a surprising stipend ranging from Rs 40,000 - Rs 50,000.
Some users reverted to this by applauding the intern’s courage and viewed Gen Z as the ones with a positive approach to work with maintaining a life outside of it. There were many contrasting opinions in which the people shared their experiences with hard-working interns and how they strongly focus on productivity.
However, some other individuals even expressed their concerns about an intern’s commitment and that such demands may gain momentum in the future.
