Tree House has shown impressive growth as the stock surged 74.7% in June 2022!
Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd provides education and related services, including leasing of education infrastructure. The pre-schools are operated under the brand names 'Tree House' 'Brainwork' and 'Global Champs'. The company has gone through a change in its overall business model from self-operated centers to franchisee centers in FY 2016-17. The company's pre-school network is largely concentrated in the states of Maharashtra Gujarat Karnataka Rajasthan West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.

The stock had listed on the bourses in 2011 at Rs 120 per share. The stock touched a lifetime high of Rs 559 per share in 2015 but began declining in July 2015. A year later, the stock fell through Rs 100. By July 2017, the stock had fallen below Rs 15 per share declining sharply. In July 2018, the stock fell below Rs 10 per share.
In March 2020, when investors sold out their holdings and drove down the market, Tree House's stock touched a lifetime low of Rs 2.75 per share. However, the stock showed signs of recovery as it began climbing once again, reaching Rs 7.25 per share a year later.
In 2022, the stock had declined in line with global markets as it faced a daily volume of 5k-40k. However, since the beginning of July, investors have shown renewed interest in the decade-old stock as yesterday the stock had an overwhelming volume of 2.2 million.
On 1st June 2022, the stock closed at a price of Rs 8.50 per share. Today, the stock witnessed a full gap-up opening and surged 10% to close at Rs 14.85 per share, a price level the share had last reached in January 2018, growing 74.75% in a span of 7 days!!
