Have you noticed a sudden temperature change? Something is changing, whether it's an impromptu rainstorm or a temperature rise. We often hear millennials talking about differences in climate over time. We know we could not agree less. There seems to be fast climatic change these years.

23 March commemorates the establishment of the World Meteorological Organisation by the United Nations. Every year they hold conferences on this day and provide information about a particular theme. The theme for 2023, according to WMO, is The Future of Climate, Water, and Weather Across Generations.

Climate and weather have no boundaries and concerns at all. Nature has been warning us, and we are accustomed to seeing impacted countries in the media. Global warming has been changing the climate of the world for ages.

NASA's observations from space show that sea levels rise by 3.4 millimeters annually. Water management has been a rising concern in the world. As World Water Day progressed, we gained insights into this precious resource.

The fate of future generations can only be answered by some guesses and observations today. Sustainable growth of the whole world is not in our hands. However, Investing in environmentally sustainable businesses, switching to electric vehicles, plantation, and recycling are steps that make a change in our hands.

Instead of bifurcating between Generation Z and Millennials, let's collaborate toward creating a sustainable future.

Happy Meteorological Day!
