It was a hidden ambition to do something of his own which took him to build India’s Youngest Unicorn within only two years.
Nirmit Parekh hails from Mumbai in a middle-class family, where achieving goals are the top priority. Following this he completed his B-Tech from Nirma Institute of Technology in 2009. His decision of pursuing an MBA from the prestigious Stanford University Graduate School of Business helped him learn a lot about running quality businesses.
Parikh was always interested in pursuing something of his own. At the age of 21, he founded his first company named Incone, which worked on solving the problem of managing floods. It also took Parikh to World Economic Forum.
Later, his other company called Cruxbox was acquired by Intel. Through this, he had an opportunity to work as the director of data analytics at Intel.
His other opportunity was in another legendary tech corporation, Apple. While his dreams of working as a techie in the U.S. were becoming true, He had his heart set on pursuing something of his own.
After hearing about the stories of some of his friends, Parikh decided to run an initiative. As per him, in a country where numerous people are unemployed and how there is a lack of employment.

This Tiger Global-backed job platform earns its revenue by providing software development services and some recruitment solutions through the web or application. However, the majority of its revenue comes from software development. It reportedly generated Rs. 63.87 crores last year.
This venture has till now bagged $ 190 million + from Marquee Investors like Owl Ventures, Insight Partners, Maverick Ventures, etc.
