Wheel Chair Bound- Story of Neha Bansali

During childhood, while Neha was playing with her friends, she got injured. But, a minor injury took its toll on her entire spine. She got confined to a wheelchair making her dependent on others for her tasks. Her family support was a big motivator, but her condition never failed to feel disappointed. Suicidal thoughts kept running in her head. But, she never lost herself to them. 

The intermediate results boosted her confidence and gave her a new spark. She got filled with enthusiasm and decided to take the next big step of pursuing a CA(Chartered Accountancy). Her decision leaped success and she secured a tenth place in the national ranking.

Train Blast Victim: Story of CA Chirag Chauhan

In 2006, A severe bomb blast left an imprint on Chirag. His spinal cord got damaged, and bomb particles struck his body somewhere close to the trachea. He got bound in his wheelchair for the rest of his life.

He lost his father at 18 and had to support his mother and sister. He kept his hope and rose above his hardships by passing his CA in the year 2008.

Visually Challenged - Story of CA Rushabh

Rushabh faced vision disability since birth. His family even tried to give him a chance for a cornea transplant, but the operation wasn’t a success. However, the trial helped him to gain little vision in his right eye. His parents put in all their efforts so that he could have the best studies possible. They even read notes to him in turns, which sometimes took 10-12 hours. 

Despite his defects, he became the biggest support of his parents. It took him three attempts to reach the threshold of success. Their belief and support towards Rushabh helped him to feel what success looks like through their eyes.  

The thing is passion and dedication can help you achieve anything you want.

CA story of Shilpa Mehta Jain

Shilpa was 2 when she was diagnosed with polio. She had no friends in her school days. She would just sit and see classmates enjoying activities on the ground. Her only participation was in mind-related school activities. She realized that education is the only key to her success. After scoring pretty well in academics, she appeared for the CA examinations. She even qualified for Mcom and MBA after that. She also pursued her hobbies of swimming, paragliding, trekking, and all. 

Despite facing a lot of discrimination, she always had a unique trust in herself which she wears like a smile on her face even today.

Story of Niju Jose

When Niju was around seven when he started having difficulties walking around. After diagnosing the whole condition, Neuropathy was witnessed. Nitu had always been surrounded by supporting teachers and chose science as his career path. 

But, one of his teachers did not agree with his decision she showed him that due to his inability, he cannot pursue this field. He had to choose commerce instead. But later, this opened another field of interest for him, and he chose CA as a path to success with no discrimination.

Now, he is working as a CA in “World Big 4” and is even a member of ICAI and CPA, Australia.

Remember, This journey may take time and lots of discrimination from the close ones, but you know your glorifying destination. At those times, just take a peek at the thought with which you got smarted. You might not understand now, but your past self is still looking forward to that victory. Now, look a little ahead into that future, making your peers proud and shoving that discrimination in some corner.
