Jobaaj brings to you today, the story of CS Preeti Malhotra, an exceptional Indian businesswoman, Company Secretary, and the first-ever female president of the ICSI or Institute of company secretaries of India. Yup! It's as cool as it sounds!

CS Preeti Malhotra heads the Smart Group as its executive director and is also the founder-member of the global citizen forum which is a one-of-a-kind not-for-profit organization working towards creating One interconnected world going beyond nationality, gender, religion, and boundaries.

Her achievements as the president of ICSI also prompt people to call her CS Preeti Malhotra the company secretary. (Talk about a cool nickname!)

All these achievements and her positions of power are a true testimonial to how women if inspired can achieve immeasurable heights of success.

In fact, it is a fact that successful women have to bear the responsibility of inspiring all the other women who are denied opportunities because of their genders and this is the reason that those women give it their 100% and work harder than anyone else to live up to the expectations of those they hope to inspire.
