Meet Priyanshi Agarwal, your Product Management mentor at Jobaaj Learnings — a name that defines versatility, ambition, and fearless learning.
Born in Shamli, a small town in Uttar Pradesh, Priyanshi’s story is anything but small. From a curious student in a tier-2 city to a Senior Product Manager at Walmart, her journey is the perfect blueprint for every aspiring PM in India.
👩💻 Engineering Foundation
She began with a B.Tech in Computer Science from ABES Engineering College, where her love for technology took root. Her natural curiosity led her to spend 2 years as a Software Engineer, diving deep into the tech ecosystem — understanding what powers the products we use every day.
🎓 MBA & the PM Spark
Her decision to pursue an MBA from K.J. Somaiya was a turning point. Immersed in case studies, business problems, and cross-functional thinking, Priyanshi discovered her true passion — solving product problems. She didn’t just solve classroom cases — she competed and made a mark at national-level PM case competitions, sharpening her product thinking in the real world.
🌏 Global Experience, Local Roots
Her PM journey started with a bang — getting placed at Shop, Singapore, straight after B-school. From there, she came back to India and continued her trajectory with Paytm and then Walmart, taking on senior roles and leading critical product initiatives that impact millions.
💡 What Drives Her?
Priyanshi is not just a professional — she's a tech geek who loves staying ahead of the curve, always exploring the latest in AI, SaaS, and user behavior. She’s also an avid fiction reader, finding inspiration in stories and imagination — a skill she says helps her empathize better with users.
✈️ Beyond the Resume
When she’s not building products, she’s likely traveling across the country, exploring new cultures, or connecting with people across different domains, believing that every interaction brings a new perspective.
