Hello Readers,
Did you hear?
Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine!

Russia recently launched its largest air assault on Ukraine in weeks, deploying 574 drones and 40 missiles. Strikes hit several regions, killing one person and injuring at least 15. A U.S.-founded electronics factory in Mukachevo was damaged, while power facilities and residential areas also came under fire. Ukrainian officials reported widespread outages as air defenses intercepted most of the barrage, though the scale and intensity marked one of the heaviest combined attacks in recent months. What else?
Forget Crimea & NATO: Trump told Zelenskyy!

President Donald Trump urged Ukraine to abandon its NATO membership bid and relinquish claims over Crimea, presenting these steps as essential for opening peace talks with Russia. Trump insisted such concessions could bring an “almost immediate” end to the war. European leaders, joining the discussions, emphasized the need for credible security guarantees and a ceasefire to ensure stability. Meanwhile, Russia signaled limited willingness to engage by offering to hand over 31 individuals, reflecting cautious diplomatic maneuvering.
Trump may provide air support to Ukraine!

President Donald Trump ruled out sending U.S. ground troops to Ukraine but signaled that American air support could be considered under broader security guarantees. He emphasized that European allies must take the lead with troops on the ground, while Washington’s role would remain limited to aviation and strategic backing. Framing himself as a mediator, Trump said his priority is to stop further bloodshed and secure peace, assuring Americans that he will avoid direct military entanglement in the conflict. What about Zelenskyy?
Ukraine has offered a $100 billion deal to the US!

Ukraine has proposed a $100 billion security package, including $90 billion in U.S. weapons purchases and $50 billion for joint drone production with Ukrainian firms. The plan, backed by European allies, is designed to secure long-term U.S. support and strengthen Ukraine’s defense. At the August 18 Washington summit, President Zelensky discussed the deal with President Trump, alongside broader security guarantees and potential trilateral peace talks with Putin, marking a pivotal step in efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war. What about Russia?
Russia has threatened against Western troops in Ukraine!

Russia rejected European troop deployments in Ukraine, denouncing them as foreign intervention and demanding veto rights over future security aid. Putin’s conditions for halting further offensives include Ukraine surrendering Donbas, abandoning NATO membership, and barring Western troops—terms Kyiv flatly rejects. Zelensky said a meeting with Putin is possible only after binding security guarantees are secured, while Western leaders warn Moscow’s demands amount to rewriting Europe’s security order, threatening to leave Ukraine vulnerable and undermining broader regional stability. There is sharp uncertainty in the global geopolitical landscape as the Russia-Ukraine war shows no sign of easing.
Speaking of war, did you know Data Analytics can be used for war!!?
That’s right. National Security advisors can use Data Analytics to make critical wartime decisions that can change the tide of the war. Some examples are:-
- Predict enemy movement (like the US did in the Iraq war)
- Triangulate terrorist hideouts (using social media and internet usage data)
- Identifying enemy weapon caches and strongholds (by analyzing satellite imagery and geographic data)
- For cyberwarfare (to carry out/defend against cyber attacks)
- To optimize logistics (to ensure supplies and equipment reach ASAP!)
- To identify possible threats (by analyzing data from communications and shady financial transactions)
Interestingly, war is not the only field where Data Analytics is growing. With technology being applied to every aspect of our lives, companies are gathering an unprecedented amount of data every day! A recent estimate suggested that around 402.74 million TB data is generated every day!!

With an ever-growing gold mine that can boost company performance, every company now seeks competent Data Analysts who can derive the right kind of insights and help management decision-making. However, the supply is not enough to meet growing demand.
In fact, many companies are willing to pay a premium of 35-40% to bring in such individuals!!! Are you prepared to become the candidate that HRs fight over with seven-figure salaries?
